MetroQuest named the I-95 and Route 123 Interchange STARS Study as its Survey of the Month for November 2021! Read more here.
This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study is assessing potential safety and operational improvements for the interchange and as follow up on the I-95 Corridor Improvement Plan aimed at improving travel along I-95 in Virginia. Virtual public involvement occurred March 29 - April 19, 2021.
There are significant backups and congestion during morning and evening peak periods.
